Pastor Elect Dawn M. Harvey currently resides in the State of Maryland. Called to preach the Gospel in 2005, Dawn has a heart for God’s people. She is an, Author, Corporate Trainer, National Speaker & the founder of national conference tour “I Am Whole”. She is under the covering of her spiritual father Bishop T. D. Jakes of Dallas, Texas. As Senior Pastor of Deliverance Healing International Ministries she is a covenant member of PHIPA (The Potter’s House International Pastor’s Alliance.)

Dawn is also a Survivor. She knows the struggle of dealing with life’s day to day challenges. As a teenager she was diagnosed with cancer. After having surgery she went into remission only to have the cancer return a few short months later in her brain and one of her lungs. Her second bout with cancer required more time, treatment and forced her home to be Duke University Medical Center for her care giving. God had other plans for her and again spared her life.

Dawn married and attempted to have children. She had several miscarriages and one child stillborn as a result of the cancer. The last attempt broke her heart and she decided to adopt a child at birth whose name is Destany Meyoshi. She was then blessed after the adoption to conceive again and have a son who is named Emmanuel Mekhi. While going through her divorce from a mentally abusive relationship she realized that they both needed help. Her help came from the Lord.

Being in remission from cancer for almost twenty years she is humbled and honored to be a servant to God’s people .It is her desire to reach the lost and to empower the Body of Christ to walk victoriously in every area of life. Dawn’s testimony will bless your life.
