Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; (NKJV)

Have there ever been times in your life when you did not know if you were coming or going? And it appears to everyone else that things are fine, that you have everything under control. Only you know, that deep down on the inside you are tired of doing everything on your own. You are mentally exhausted. You are frustrated with your endeavors, not advancing as quickly as you would like to. Or maybe you have been looking for that big break, the new business venture, that new job or even that new relationship.

These things happen to all of us. Some of us are doing extremely well in some areas of our life and are still unhappy. We find ourselves looking in all the wrong places to fill that void in our lives. Some of us would deem ourselves unlucky. Nothing ever seems to go right in our life. Things seem to be prospering for everyone else around us and we can not seem to make through the end of the week.

I believe that all the things we made it through are compliments to the person God would have us to become. That it could be God’s way of molding us into the person who can walk in the anointing he has purposed us for. I have been in situations that I thought for sure were going to take me out. Looking back on those things now I know I had to not only go through them but grow through them. It is amazing that the things that devastated me before do not knock the wind out of me anymore.

What happened for me? I discovered the secret within me. The Power Within. The Presence of Power. The thing that you were born with that the enemy continues to hide from you with the challenges of today and the poison of your past. That God given right to not only survive but fight back with the Word of God.
